How to bake

Empty the pouch into a mixing bowl

Add 1 egg and 85g melted butter

Mix until combined

Scoop, roll, and flatten slightly

Bake at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas mark 4 for 12–15 minutes

Cool on a rack (if you can wait that long)
Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month.

Perhaps might have been helpful to specify which size egg as used medium & had to add more butter to bind. So maybe if it was a large egg might not have needed to add more butter? Other than that tasted nice 🙂
