What you’ll make

How to bake

  1. Empty the pouch into a mixing bowl

  2. Add 1 egg and 85g melted butter

  3. Mix until combined

  4. Scoop, roll, and flatten slightly

  5. Bake at 180°C / fan 160°C / gas mark 4 for 12–15 minutes

  6. Cool on a rack (if you can wait that long)

Best enjoyed fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 1 month.

Wheat flour (wheat, raising agents: Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Carbonate, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), Smarties® (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, wheat flour, lactose & whey proteins [milk], butterfat [milk], rice starch, emulsifier [sunflower lecithin], fruit & vegetable concentrates [safflower, radish, black carrot, lemon, hibiscus], spirulina concentrate, orange oil, glazing agents [carnauba wax, beeswax white], natural vanilla flavouring, invert sugar syrup), cocoa powder.

Allergy info: Contains wheat, gluten, and milk.

Does NOT contain nuts but made in environment where nuts are handled.

    Perhaps might have been helpful to specify which size egg as used medium & had to add more butter to bind. So maybe if it was a large egg might not have needed to add more butter? Other than that tasted nice 🙂
