Brownie Ingredients:

Sugar, Wheat Flour (wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), dark chocolate chunks (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla), cocoa powder.

Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.

Baking Made Simple

1. Line the baking tin.

2. Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / Gas 4.

3. Mix pouch contents with 200g softened butter & 3 beaten eggs.

4. Beat until smooth, pour into the tin, and bake for 35–40 minutes.

5. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy rich, gooey chocolate brownies.

Store brownies for up to 3 days in an airtight tin, or freeze for up to 3 months.
