Additional Information:
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), soft light brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk chocolate chunks (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), bicarbonate of soda (raising agent: sodium carbonates), salt.
Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.
Weight/Pouch size: 23cm x 16cm x 4cm
Just add: 1 egg & 100g butter
Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies
Instructions: Pour the contents into a mixing bowl and stir well. Add 1 medium beaten egg and 100g melted butter. Beat together until blended. Use a teaspoon to take small scoops of the mix and roll into balls and put them on a lined baking tray, spacing them well apart. Chill in the fridge for approx 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to fan 170oC/190oC/gas 5 and bake for 8-10 mins or until light brown at the edges but still slightly soft in the centre when pressed. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
