The baking kit is made with the finest quality ingredients, including Belgian chocolate chunks, which are all perfectly pre-weighed, for fuss free, mess free, foolproof baking, that guarantees delicious results.  Just add melted butter and one egg, to effortlessly make a batch of scrumptious cookies, that are sure to be a huge hit.  The mix makes a great gift, whatever your baking ability.

The mix is beautifully presented in a compostable eco-friendly kraft pouch, with a hand tied ribbon decoration. We also offer the option of having the mix gift wrapped in tissue paper and a lined kraft box, tied with raffia. You can also add a gift tag that we can print with your message. Ingredients: Wheat Flour (wheat, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), dark soft brown sugar, dark chocolate chunks (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla), white chocolate chunks (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithins), flavouring: natural vanilla), cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda (raising agent: sodium carbonates), salt.

Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.

Just add: 1 egg & 85g butter

Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies

Instructions: Pour the contents into a mixing bowl and stir well.  Add 1 medium beaten egg and 85g melted butter.  Beat together by hand until blended.  Drop tablespoons of mixture on to a baking sheet and bake at 180oC/fan 160oC/gas 4 for 13-15 mins.  Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 1 min before transferring to a cooling rack.

Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
