Cookie Mix Ingredients & Allergens

Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix:

Wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, white chocolate chunks (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier [soya lecithin], natural vanilla flavouring)

Rich Shortbread Mix:

Wheat flour (calcium, niacin, iron, thiamin), sugar

Gluten-Free Shortbread Mix:

Gluten-free flour (rice flour, potato starch, maize flour), sugar (with cane molasses)

Allergen Note: Allergens are shown in bold. While mixes do not contain nuts, they are made in a facility that handles nuts.
