Reply: I am very sorry to hear that your parcel hasn’t arrived. The parcel was sent by Royal Mail on the first working day after you placed your order as we saw that it was an Easter gift. The order was placed with standard delivery which is via Royal Mail and as stated on our website, there may be some delays to delivery as Royal Mail are having problems with shortage of staff etc due the current Covid-19 circumstances. We are doing everything we can to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, whilst trying to manage customer expectations regarding potential delays. I am so sorry in this instance that it wasn’t delivered as quickly as we would have liked but we know the postal service are trying their best in very difficult circumstances.

Edit: I understand the parcel has now been delivered and arrived on the Tuesday after Easter however, if the gift is no longer required we will happily issue a refund if you would like to return it.
