Hi Margaret
The mix in the pouch is within a separate sealed bag and pouch also contains the cutter, icing and decorations. The pouch isn’t sealed so you should be able to open it to check the contents and check you are happy with the quality. We will add additional photos to the product listing to give a better idea of the quality.

I like that the cookie cutter and decorations are part of the ‘pack’ but would have preferred them to be packed separately to the mix. As they are all in a brown sealed packet it’s impossible to determine the quality until the whole baking mix is opened by my 6yr old granddaughter sometime at Christmas. I’m keeping my fingers crossed everything will be good but it’s a leap of faith so far!

This is actually something I am doing with my Mum during the Christmas break but this arrived super quick and the package is as it looks, maybe cookie cutters are smaller than I thought they would be, but I dont mind, going to be a daft happy memory, maybe tradition! 🙂

We used these kits for our team of 6’s work Christmas party. We had a kit delivered to each of us and had a remote baking session over video call. Everything we needed was in the kit, so all we had to do beforehand was ask everybody to ensure they had some syrup and butter. Really tasty gingerbread and so much fun! 🙂
