Delivering perfect, festive flavours, this tasty mince pie flavoured American style pancake mix is perfect for a cosy Christmas breakfast, as Christmas present or stocking filler.

The mix is packed with plump, juicy mixed vine fruit, mixed peel and mixed spice giving that perfect mince pie flavour.  You could also add a drop of brandy and they are also delicious served with brandy butter, cream, or custard.

All you need to add to the mix is one egg and some milk (or buttermilk), give it a whisk and then they only take a minute or two to cook approx 12 American Style Pancakes.

Make your pancakes even more perfect by adding a miniature, 40ml, bottle of award winning “Pure Maple” syrup.  Alternatively, you can add a large (330ml) bottle of pure Canadian maple syrup to elevate you breakfasts even further.

You also have the option to have the pancake mix gift wrapped in a lined kraft box with raffia ribbon and a lovely gift tag or gift card for the extra special touch.
