Totally foolproof, each mix make approximately 12 fluffy American style Hot Cross Bun flavoured pancakes which serve up to 4 people.  Perfect for an Easter breakfast or to give as an alternative Easter gift.  You just need to add one egg and milk or buttermilk.

Hot Cross Bun Flavour Pancake Mix Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Sultanas (sunflower oil), Mixed Peel [orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), Sulphur Dioxide], Caster Sugar, Baking Powder, Bicarbonate of Soda, Cinnamon, Salt.
