Made from:

Gingerbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat, sugar, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, egg replacer.
Icing Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, water, rapeseed oil, rice starch, emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavouring, colour (titanium dioxide), maltodextrin, gelling agent (pectin), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid).
✅ Suitable for vegans and those with an egg allergy – the mix does not contain or require egg.

Optional Hot Chocolate Spoon (marshmallows not suitable for vegetarians): Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring). Mini marshmallows (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, maize starch, flavouring, colours (E100, E120)).
