We also offer the option to add a tube of icing and sprinkles to decorate you biscuits.  You can also add delicious Hot Chocolate spoon with marshmallows to your order, as a little extra treat.

All Katie Bakes mixes, contain the highest quality ingredients including British flour and no artificial colours or flavourings. Just add melted butter (or dairy free alternative) to make delicious delicious biscuits. Full baking instructions are included.  This kit is also suitable for vegans.

Ingredients:

Rich Shortbread Mix Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Sugar

Icing: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Rice Starch, Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Flavouring, Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Maltodextrin, Gelling Agent (Pectin),Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Candied confetti decorations: Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Coconut, Shea), Rice Flour, Thickener (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose), Concentrates (Radish, Lemon, Blackcurrant), Flavouring, Colours (Copper Chlorophyllin, Paprika Extract, Lutein, Curcumin)

Suitable for vegans and those with an egg allergy as the mix does not contain or require the addition of egg.  Whilst the mixes do not contain nuts, they are produced in an environment which handles nuts.

Optional Hot Chocolate and Marshmallow Spoon: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), mini marshmallows (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatine, maize starch, flavouring, colours (E100, E120)).

The hot chocolate spoon with marshmallows is NOT suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

The baking kit boxes are made from recycled cardboard with a ribbon decoration and a beautiful personalised unicorn themed label and the mixes are packaged in fully compostable bags, making them a great little eco-friendly gift.
